JUST SHOOT HIM !!

(Sunday, November 22nd, 2009 @ approximately 11:45 PM) Gwinnett County Police investigators arrested a person responsible for the robbery and shooting of another person. The incident occurred at 495 Pleasant hill Road in Lilburn, which is in an area of unincorporated Gwinnett County.

Preliminary investigations revealed that two Hispanic males left the location and were walking to a nearby gas station when an unknown black male approached them and displayed a handgun and demanded their money. One of the victims moved towards the suspect at which time he was shot once in the abdominal area. The other victim handed over his wallet before the suspect fled the scene on foot. Uniform Officers responded to the scene, secured it, and began to interview witnesses. CSI also responded and collected evidence. The victim, who was shot, received a non life threatening wound and was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

During the investigation of the shooting, investigators were contacted by uniform officers from the South Precinct. They advised that they were at the scene of a domestic disturbance call at 2309 Five Forks Trickum Rd in Lawrenceville. Uniform officers told investigators that they had arrested a male who had threatened several people inside the residence with a gun and during their investigation; they located several items that belonged to one of the victims from the shooting incident. They also recovered a 9mm handgun from the scene. Through interviews and evidence collected at both scenes, investigators were able to connect the suspect to the robbery and shooting incident. The suspect was transported to the Gwinnett County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.

The suspect has been identified as 27 year-old, Donnie Ray Kidd. He has been charged with one count of Aggravated Assault and one count of Armed Robbery.

What's up with this address 2309 Five Forks If my memory services me correctly, this is the same address of a shooting that took place there maybe about a year or so ago. Where a unidentified teen male was found shot to death just inside the house door way. But I never heard anything else about this shooting. Like it was just sweep under the rug.
