I don't know if anyone remembers the double homicide in Lilburn a few years ago. A Gwinnett PD K-9 was shot and killed by the guy who had just killed a father and son. The officer then shot and killed the bad guy. I have the scanner traffic of the officer screaming signal 63. Pretty chilling to listen to.

Actually, Aryn wasn't killed that night.

He was wounded, but they ran him to the ER vet on JCB.

I was listening and watching since this happened behind my house.

Bad night all around.

Yup you are correct, I think he retired after that though. I still have the audio from that call where the officer was scream signal 63. I was also listening. Radio was putting out a 63 on several channels that night trying to get him help.
