I saw them too. One had a black banner over the truck number. I was wondering if a firefighter was killed in the line of duty and his body was being taken home. I know that is common when transferring a police officer's body home.

Soldier being brought home to be laid to rest.

Gwinnett Fire posts fire apparatus at every overpass when a soldier comes home in honor of them.
