Agree. Political correctness is strangling this country. I want to know why wasn't the teenager wasn't charged with anything. She's not innocent.

In this state it would be sexual battery. Basically, any unwanted touching of sexual areas of the body, including buttocks. Since the act itself wasn't sexual (as far as anyone knows), I'd expect this to get dropped in a plea negotiation.
