| Could anyone shed some light on why there were so many police on Patterson and Plantation Road last night? At one point we counted 9 with a canine unit. Many thanks! |

| There was an officer at every entrance to my neighborhood. Not sure why, but they were looking for a black male not wearing a shirt! |

| When I arrived home at 8:45, there were 6 cars still on Plantation and none on Patterson or Skidmore. They all had their lights on, but I was not able to see any of the officers at all. They may have been searching the woods... |

| Anybody get any more info about this? I live in Saratoga and we had K-9 units patrolling the woods behind my house last night. |

| Saw some people in the yard in the area this afternoon. I stopped, rolled down the window and just asked. They motioned to a house several doors down and said something about drugs and obstruction. They also said the canine unit was back (10:30 pm or so) later across the street and down for something else. Nice! Also mentioned more car break-ins and a basement door being kicked in. Has anyone learned if the guy was caught?
We saw many officers in and around the neighborhood. Just a little unsettling. |

| From what the neighbors said it was a woman. I found her on www.gwinnettcountysheriff.com. Look between 9-10 pm. |

I talked to an officer at the Saratoga club house that afternoon and he told me they were looking for a black male, approximately 6 ft, without a shirt. I thought it might be this guy, but apparently he was apprehended much further south:

| The neighbors did comment that several people had run from the home on Plantation. Maybe thats who they were looking for. |

Yes, that makes sense.
I'm betting that one (or more) of the absconding party-goers probably slipped through the cracks and is still at large. |
