I have a friend that has been charged with DUI, 2 counts of child endangerment by DUI, striking a unattended vehicle, and misuse of a limited permit. She just served time for a previous DUI. The court appointed attorney seems to think all this will be dismissed....WTF!

Did you hear this from the attorney's mouth or your friend's?
Friends who get arrested will lie about their case to make themselves seem less the bad guy. And before you can say "Not THIS friend", let me tell you- yes, that friend.

Why does the lawyer say it will be dismissed??? Thats doesnt say right...Maybe she will think next time..To put a child in harm they should have the book thrown at her...Shame
