Does anyone know why tonight at around 8:30 p.m., I and everyone inside had to evacuate the Kroger on Grayson Hwy in Lawrenceville? I just now tried to phone them and it just keeps ringing and ringing.....Thanks!

I work for the City PD. We didn't have any calls there or in the shopping center last night. Was the FD there or do you have any more info? Are you sure it wasn't the one in Grayson?? Thanks for your reply, Ray. I apologize for just seeing it today. This L'ville Kroger is in the shopping center with a Burger King and car wash in the parking lot...empty corner location used to be Blockbuster, and adjacent to that is a Mexican Restaurant. I was directed to an upper management fellow when I next visited the store & the working employee's had not heard about that night. He said it had been a fire alarm and they had to follow their standard protocol of evacuating the store. That's all I was told.
I notice you work for the city PD and wonder if you saw my post from earlier today? Is it common for individuals causing accidents to only be issued a warning citation when they admit fault and also have no insurance on their vehicle? Have I misunderstood the driving laws? FYI..that driver has an easy to find record of past Gwinnett violations with a couple of mugshots revealed via Google.....wonder what he was warned for? [/quote]
